Elephant yam / Senai / Karunai kilangu Vadai

Ingredients :


Grated yam - 1 cup
Red Chillies- 3 to 4
Chopped Onion - 1
Jeera - 1 tspn
Rice flour - 3 to 4 tbspn
Oil to fry
Salt as per your taste.



Method :


Peel the yam and grate it finely.
Wash the grated yam.

Grind grated yam , onion and red chillies. (do not use excess water for grinding)

To this paste  add rice flour and salt.

Mix well and make perfect vadai dough.

Fry the yam vadai till it turns golden color.
