Cauliflower Bajji

Ingredients :


  • Cauliflower, broken into florets - 1 Full cup
  • Besan - 1/2 cup 
  • Rice Flour - 1/4 cup
  • Maidha - 2 tbsp 
  • Salt to taste
  • Chilli powder to taste



Method :

1.Heat oil for deep frying. 
2.Clean the florets in hot water & keep it Set aside.
3.Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl with enough water and mix well.
4.Drop a cauliflower floret into the batter & dip it well.
5.Fry the coated floret .
6.Let them cook in med-high heat for 2-3 minutes or until golden/reddish brown.
7.Drop them on paper towels to remove excess oil.
8.Serve them hot along with Ketchup.
