    Potato Mix Method :


  • Roast your Bread slices with some butter.    
  •   Take 2 potatoes , cut into small pieces.
  •       Take some green peas.Boil both the above items till potato is cooked well to smash.
  •       Take a bowl , put those cooked potatoes and green peas ,smash it well (Without water).
  •       Add a pinch of turmeric, 2 chopped chillies ,Salt as per ur taste and 1 spoon of chilli powder or if you are a pepper lover u can add 1 spoon of pepper powder instead of chilli powder.
  •       Take a spoon of tomato sauce and spread it over one side of bread (if yu don’t have sauce, skip this step)
  •       After spreading the sauce, spread our potato mix .
  •      Then just put some white Yellu (sesame seeds) Over the bread.
  •      Heat pan on a medium, add butter, now place the sandwich and roast on both the sides till it gets nice golden colour.
  •      SERVE HOT WITH YOUR SMILE :)
